Recently I was forced to look for the owner of a house. And I was reasoning to myself: How do I find who owns a determined house? Let me tell you, that is a very long process when you don't know where to look for. I will give you some pointers that will make that process a lot easier.
Step 1. Of course, the first thing that came to my mind was to look on the Internet, but I soon realized that that's not going to work. Asset proprietary is protected by law and and is not to be published online.
Step 2. You can also call County Recorder's office where the Asset is being located. Real Asset records in most cases are filed with the Recorder's office (also known as the Register of Deeds office) where you can request copies of land records. But it takes a merge of company days for them to process land report orders after receiving your request. Of course, you have to pay for using their services.
Step 3. One of the ways to find out who owns a determined house is to check tax records straight through which you may be able to find out who owns the Asset straight through the district's Tax Assessor's office. The name of the current owner(s) of a particular house could be there, along with a mailing address. The qoute is that you won't find the current owner(s) if there had been some changes in ownership. That way you will just get old data. And then you're back to start.
Step 4. Look for the help of a real estate agent who often have way to home proprietary records. Residential real estate agents are trained in knowing their local markets. They get to know a lot of people in the local community, allowing them to acquire a good deal of insider knowledge. Downside: their services are expensive. Do this step only if you can afford it.
Step 5. The answer to all your problems are people finder sites. By joining one of these sites not only will you be able to find out who owns a determined house, but you will also find out everything there is to know about the owner, a unblemished background check. They are wholly legal and fast with a immense database which allows you to find genuinely anything you want.
